About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable professionals based in Peru to join our team as Healthcare Appointment Schedulers. In this role, you will support U.S.-based healthcare providers by managing patient appointments, handling outbound calls, and ensuring a smooth scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments for U.S. healthcare providers
-Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Verify patient information and update records accurately
-Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
-Coordinate with healthcare staff to optimize scheduling efficiency
-Provide excellent customer service to patients

Requirements

-Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
-Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare support is preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in U.S. time zones
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
-Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling systems quickly

Nice to Have

-Experience with medical scheduling or healthcare systems
-Familiarity with insurance verification processes
