Funciones:
Champions a client focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Acts as Team Participant on assignments.
Ensures Scotiabank standards and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Code of Ethics are maintained in completion of all assignments.
Assists in executing assigned audit programs under the direction of the Officer in Charge (OIC) including appropriate audit testing and documentation of results.
Stays informed of relevant business risks and controls. Effectively conveys risk-related information to Officerin-Charge.
Assists the OIC and other audit team members on a variety of audit tasks.
Participates in audit projects with effective time management and organization skills. Prioritizes activities in audit projects based on risks and tasks assigned in a timely manner. Ensures audit results are gathered and assesses the impact of the findings on the internal control framework. This would include confirmation of the findings with the auditee and discussion of the root cause with the OIC.
Prepares audit issues for OIC review, including an initial draft of the issue and preliminary recommendations.
Receives guidance from senior auditors when presenting complex or controversial issues to Management.
Ensures audit reports are written to a consistent high standard and are finalized within established department metrics.
Assists in special projects as assigned including investigations and other special projects that Audit may be requested to perform by management.
Manages self-development by confirming/communicating job expectations, identifying mentors/coaches and requesting necessary training, ensuring timely completion of performance evaluations, and assisting with new hire orientation as assigned.
Participates in collaborative efforts across teams, ensuring alignment toward shared objectives and driving collective success.
Understands how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabanks Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Requisitos:
Egresado universitario en Ingeniería de Sistema, Informática o carrera afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área de especialización (Ciberseguridad, Procesos de TI, Banca Digital) o en auditorias en estas áreas.
Sólidos conocimientos en controles de Ciberseguridad, Procesos de TI, Gestión de Riesgos, marcos de referencia de controles (NIST, OWASP, ISO 27001, ITIL) y regulaciones relacionadas a la materia.
Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas de Data Analytics o programación (Python, SQL o similares).
Certificación internacional en Auditoría o Seguridad (CISA / CISSP) u otra relacionada a la especialidad (Deseable)
Habilidad práctica para redactar informes claros y concisos, y para la comunicación a todo nivel.
Inglés nivel intermedio.
