What are the main responsibilities of this role?
Address incidents and requests reported regarding IT/OT Services and Infrastructure, ensuring their resolution within committed SLAs.
Periodically analyze all reported incidents and requests to identify root causes and propose and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor IT/OT Services and Infrastructure in production, including data centers and communication rooms, acting when alerts are presented.
Maintain equipment inventory, ensuring stock aligns with business needs, and ensure operability through manufacturer updates.
Create manuals and guides to improve business users skills in the use and leverage of technological tools.
Generate periodic reports to facilitate decision-making for improvements on IT/OT services in production.

What are we looking for?
Bachelors Degree in fields like Computer Engineering, Systems, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Client, Office 365, Client Applications, IP Telephony, and ITIL.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, and LAN/WAN networks.
Basic knowledge of SQL Database, and Power BI.
Preferable ITIL and/or Microsoft certifications.
Advanced English level.
A1 driving license
