Funciones:

Design and launch loops (acquisition or engagement) focused on lifecycle client stages
Ensure growth loop objectives with business goals and customer needs
Optimize growth loop performance using metrics like CPA, LTV, engagement and retention
Design and run controlled experiments to improve growth loop outcomes
Track and analyze results, documenting insights and best practices
Identify friction points and drop-offs within loops and prioritize improvements



Requisitos:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
2-4 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth
Strong understanding of growth loops, customer journeys, campaings, and digital funnel optimization
Exerience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in a financial institution is highly valued
Must be fluent in Spanish and capable of using English for experimentation documentation and collaboration
