Your Impact In this role, the individual will:   Administer People Services data to the required standard of accuracy and timeliness As part of our team you will Provide people with transactional services Monitor accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure data integrity Support the onboarding of new employees to complete documentation and transactions Solve customer queries and escalate if appropriate Execute changes to processes and standards as required Support the onboarding of new employees to complete documentation and transactions    Prerequisites for your success in this role   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Foundational knowledge of SAP HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Fieldglass. Understanding of core HR practices and processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.       Foundation-level proficiency in: Updating and maintaining data in SuccessFactors and Fieldglass. Identifying and addressing non-compliance or data quality issues. Responding to employee and manager queries related to HR systems and processes. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow established procedures. Advanced English preferred. Your work environment   This position is based in Cajamarca. The incumbent may be required to travel and assist other sites nationally and internationally. .
