Pertenecer al tercio, quinto o décimo superior de tu promoción. Contar con disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales durante 12 meses en nuestras operaciones mineras en Cajamarca (ubicadas a más de 3,600 m s. n. m.). Contar con un nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado, que te permita desenvolverte dentro de nuestras operaciones y acceder a documentación técnica. Haber culminado estudios en alguna de las siguientes carreras: Economía, Contabilidad, Administración, Biología y Biotecnología, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Hidráulica,Ingeniería Geológica, Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Forestal, Derecho, Agronomía, Sociologia, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería Química e Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?   Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender en una operación de clase mundial, con altos estándares de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, además estarás acompañado/a por profesionales reconocidos por su experiencia y liderazgo en la industria.
