Champions a customer-led and results-driven mindset, ensuring the Digital Servicing portfolio advances client experience, business performance, and strategic differentiation.
Shapes product strategy through data, customer insights, and KPI performance, translating opportunities into a clear roadmap and high-value digital solutions.
Owns portfolio and backlog prioritization, making informed trade-off decisions that optimize investment, sequencing, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Builds strong alignment across regional and country Digital teams, business partners, technology teams, and control functions to accelerate execution and sustain momentum.
Brings strong digital product judgment to challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and influence scalable, efficient, and strategically aligned solutions.
Leads launch and adoption strategies that maximize customer uptake, market impact, and sustained value realization across the region.
Partners effectively with risk, control, and audit stakeholders, addressing observations with sound judgment and balancing innovation with disciplined risk management.
Integrates the Banks risk appetite and governance expectations into product decisions, execution practices, and day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
Promotes strong, effective operations in alignment with Scotiabanks Values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while reinforcing robust controls related to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.

Requisitos:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with a strong track record in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital transformation leadership.
Demonstrated experience leading digital product portfolios, digital servicing initiatives, or technology-enabled transformation programs.
Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder influence, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
Proven ability to lead through complexity and deliver results across cross-functional, multicultural, and regional environments.
Deep sense of ownership, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to translate vision into execution with measurable outcomes.
Professional working proficiency in English is required.
